NEST 2021 new exam date announced

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2021 examination has been rescheduled to be held on August 14, 2021. Earlier the examination was scheduled for June 14 however was postponed because of the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic. The candidates can now apply until July 15, 11:59 pm which was earlier ending on June 7. Eligible candidates can register for NEST 2021 on the official web site – nestexam.in. 

In a notification launched on June four, it was introduced that after reviewing the standing of the Covid-19 pandemic and associated uncertainties it has been determined to postpone NEST 2021. “A new date will be announced with sufficient advance notice. Candidates can continue to apply online till 15th July, 2021.” it additional clarified.

NEST is an entrance examination that’s held for admission to the five-year built-in M.Sc programme in biology, chemistry, arithmetic and physics on the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and the division of atomic vitality centre for excellence in fundamental science, college of Mumbai. 

NEST 2021 is a computer-based test (CBT) consisting of a number of selection questions. Any candidates with not less than 60 per cent marks in school 12 or equal are eligible to use for the examination. Admissions will probably be granted primarily based on benefit.
