Bihar Educational Institutes: On Sunday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ordered that faculties, faculties and different academic establishments in Bihar will stay shut until fifteenth May. Also, on this interval, all of the state-run faculties and universities won’t conduct any examination.
The decision was taken after a high-level assembly headed by the chief minister to overview the COVID-19 state of affairs within the state. Earlier, the state authorities determined to increase the shutdown of colleges, faculties and academic establishments from eleventh to 18th April 2021. However, after observing the present state of affairs, the CM revised the choice to increase the closure of all academic establishments until fifteenth May 2021.
Unlike different states, Bihar had carried out its class tenth and twelfth remaining exams in February and March. The results of these exams has already been declared. In view of the continued COVID-19 state of affairs, a number of states have determined to close down academic establishments and postpone or cancel board exams.
As per the Union Health Ministry data up to date on Sunday, a single-day rise of two,61,500 coronavirus infections has taken India’s complete tally of COVID-19 instances to 1,47,88,109, whereas lively instances have surpassed the 18-lakh mark.
